A GN Pan Stand is a supporting rack or stand designed to hold GN (Gastronorm) pans — standardized food pans used widely in commercial kitchens, buffets, catering setups, steam tables, and storage units.

• GN pans are standardized containers based on the Gastronorm system (e.g., GN 1/1, 1/2, 1/3 etc.) that fit into compatible equipment like racks, ovens, bain-maries, and display counters.
